I’m Jodie, and I created The Fyx because too many businesses spin in circles, leaders stall, and chaos quietly corrodes capable teams.

I spent 20 years as a PA across multiple sectors, witnessing how organisations really operate, where decisions bottleneck, where communication fractures, and where momentum quietly dies. That experience gave me a front-row seat to leadership under pressure and taught me how systems succeed or fail from the inside out.

But strategy and problem-solving are where I truly excel.

I hold certifications in Business Consulting, Business & Entrepreneurial Coaching, and Emotional Intelligence, combining structured strategic frameworks with deep behavioural insight. I don’t just look at operations. I look at people, patterns, power dynamics, and blind spots.

I spot gaps quickly. I decode dysfunction. I see the pattern before it becomes the crisis.
